- Prepare defensible Affirmative Action Plans designed around your needs by selecting appropriate census codes and working with you to develop the right job groups for your employees
- Review and/or update your own existing Affirmative Action Plans
- Work with your in-house counsel and / or human resources department to provide consulting on Affirmative Action Plans that are prepared in-house
- Evaluate whether you are covered by Executive Order 11246 and other contracting laws
- Evaluate your personnel actions, including applicant-tracking and other hiring practices, to make sure they are OFCCP compliant
- Conduct management training workshops to make sure your leaders understand their AAP duties and responsibilities
- In the case of an audit, be your representative and deal directly with the OFCCP Investigator on your behalf
- Be prepared in case of an on-site audit. We offer “mock” on-site audit compliance reviews and will walk you through each step
- Negotiate a workable Conciliation Agreement with the OFCCP, if necessary
