Adam R. Troutwine is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department's Environmental and Natural Resources practice group. He represents corporations, organizations and individuals in both federal and state courts, and routinely represents clients before government agencies.
Mr. Troutwine has experience representing insurance companies and their policy holders in civil litigation, and has worked on behalf of an array of clients with matters pending before state agencies, including assisting mining and quarrying corporations to navigate state permitting processes in order to open new mine-sites. Mr. Troutwine is involved in all aspects of litigation, from inception to resolution, and works closely with clients to formulate and execute a strategy to meet client goals. He has obtained successful outcomes for clients in agency hearings, alternative dispute resolution proceedings and bench trials.
