PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Institutional developers and lenders rely on Brook M. Bailey in complex real estate lending transactions, real estate development in residential and commercial construction and development projects including mixed-use projects, land acquisition and development, acquisition and dispositions of real estate, and representation of landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing transactions.
Ms. Bailey serves on the Women's Initiative Steering Committee and assists in coordinating activities related to the Real Estate Transaction group continuing legal education programs.
