Brian Moll practices in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. He has extensive experience in assisting businesses in all stages of their operations, from start-up to a mature business. He has represented both public and private companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and general business law issues. Mr. Moll has also represented private equity and venture capital firms with respect to investments, acquisitions and sales of portfolio companies. He has also assisted companies with respect to capital raising through private placements and other exempt securities offerings.
Mr. Moll has represented companies engaged in a wide range of industries including mining, health care, management consulting, manufacturing, banking, software, defense, consumer products, semiconductors and restaurants. Mr. Moll's past experience includes working as general counsel for a semiconductor services company and as an attorney with several other large national law firms.
