Clay Hagedorn

Clay Hagedorn provides counsel to clients regarding a variety of government contracting issues. Mr. Hagedorn specializes in assisting government contractors and subcontractors with the implementation of a Code of Business Ethics and Conduct and related policies and procedures necessary to comply with FAR Subpart 3.10. Mr. Hagedorn also provides guidance to clients with respect to startup issues such as entity selection and formation, registration in the required government databases, the availability of SBA programs, set-asides and other government resources, bid preparation and review, post-award contract compliance, and other issues that arise during performance of the contract.

Mr. Hagedorn also has extensive experience representing clients in connection with the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale of real property both locally and nationally. Clients benefit from Mr. Hagedorn's counsel in coordinating due diligence, title and survey review, selection of corporate structure, negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale contracts, leases and loan documents, preparation of legal opinions, and other activities necessary to bring a real estate transaction to fruition. 

Recent projects include hotels, office buildings, residential condominiums and apartment buildings, and retail shopping centers in Missouri, Kansas, New York City, Boston, Chicago and Miami.
