Mr. Knightâs practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (both crossborder and domestic) and other complex matters of general corporate and securities law, including representation of clients receiving private equity and venture capital. He concentrates on corporate matters involving the health care (transactional and regulatory issues), energy, and financial services industries.
