Allison is a seasoned strategic marketing executive with 25 years of experience dedicated to understanding client insights and developing business strategy. Her role encompasses marketing strategy, communications, and operations, and their alignment with firm strategy. Allison’s results-oriented approach shapes her leadership style. Polsinelli’s marketing team continually develops initiatives to better understand our clients' changing needs and help align the firm’s services and processes accordingly.
Allison received her MBA in Marketing from Wharton and an MA in International Management from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Her BA was earned at the University of Michigan. Allison’s early corporate marketing and business development roles at Swiss multinational, SGS, and at GE Capital were instrumental in shaping her appreciation for the importance of operational efficiency and a relentless focus on achieving business objectives.
In later years as a marketing consultant for such Fortune 500 consumer and B2B companies as Fidelity Investments, Wells Fargo, Dupont, Sprint, and Campbell’s Soup, she focused on driving product/service innovation and redefining categories for competitive advantage. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian, and has extensive experience working in the Asia region and globally.
