Cash Parker is an associate in the firm’s business litigation practice group and focuses on complex civil litigation on behalf of businesses and individuals before both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Parker clerked for the Honorable Dennis A. Graham of the Colorado Court of Appeals, where he assisted Judge Graham in drafting opinions in complex civil and criminal cases, many of which involved novel legal precedent. As a result of his clerkship, Mr. Parker has extensive working knowledge of the practices of the judiciary.
Mr. Parker volunteers his time judging student trial and appellate competitions and serving as an assistant coach for the University of Colorado mock trial team.
