Charles P. Sheets concentrates his practice on government regulation and litigation for builders and operators of hospitals, nursing homes, surgical centers, assisted living facilities and other health care providers. His clients also include intermediate care facilities for the developmentally and/or mentally disabled (ICFDD, ICFMR), skilled pediatric facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, therapy companies, health care trade associations, and construction companies.
Mr. Sheet’s health law, governmental, and regulatory background also includes Medicare and Medicaid certification and reimbursement disputes before the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as well as compliance issues before the Office of Inspector General. He has lectured on the certification and regulatory processes of the federal and state regulatory agencies in Illinois.
