As an associate in the firm's Litigation Department, Diana Beckman has assisted clients in a wide variety of business litigation matters including personal-injury defense, contract disputes, medical, legal and actuarial malpractice matters, class action litigation, shareholder derivative suits and appellate litigation.
Ms. Beckman has litigated cases at both the state and federal level in Missouri and Kansas and has experience in pre-trial motion practice, factual discovery, ESI and expert discovery.
Ms. Beckman is a Kansas City native. She earned her J.D. from the University of Kansas, where she was on the
Kansas Law Review and a judicial intern for the Honorable Carlos Murguia of the United States District Court of Kansas.
