The Denver office of Polsinelli Shughart PC opened in 1998 and continues to grow under the leadership of Office Managing Partner Gene Commander, with a team of over 50 attorneys. The firm has doubled in size in the past year with the addition of 11 health care attorneys and 13 attorneys from the Hensley Kim law firm.

In September 2009 Polsinelli Shughart relocated to their current office on the sixth floor of an eight-story LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certified building. In the spring of 2010, Polsinelli Shughart became the first Denver law firm to receive LEED® Certification for Commercial Interiors. This certification, which has been set by the U.S. Green Building Council and verified by the Green Building Certification Institute, was awarded for our use of energy-efficient electrical, lighting, heating and cooling systems, office equipment, and materials, as well as a variety of other conservation strategies.
