- A $250 million casino, hospitality and entertainment project on the riverfront in North Kansas City, Missouri
- An office development project in Vallejo, California
- Development projects leased to GSA in Kansas City, Kansas; Salt Lake City, Utah; Birmingham, Alabama; Denver Colorado; Great Falls, Montana; and Austin, Texas
- Representation of a publicly traded company in its facilities leasing and acquisition needs throughout the country
- Development of a medical office park and ambulatory surgery center
- Acquisitions, redevelopment and leasing of regional retail centers
- Representing a major oil company in a land assemblage project involving approximately 180 parcels
