Employment Policies and Procedures Advice and Training

The firm's attorneys regularly provide human resources advice and counsel, as well as risk management analysis and advice on potential legal claims.  We offer these services to clients ranging from small, family owned companies to large publicly held corporations with offices in multiple locations.  Attorneys in the firm are also knowledgeable regarding those issues faced specifically by public and quasi-public entities.  In addition to supplementing the services of human resources personnel and in-house legal departments with regard to day to day employment issues, members of the practice group are experienced in writing manuals and policies, assessing conflicting issues raised by various statutes such as the FMLA, ADA and state workers' compensation rules, and providing training on all aspects of employment law - both to management and non-management personnel. Attorneys in the group pride themselves as being "partners" with clients, helping to insure that tricky (or simple) employment issues are handled consistently and in compliance with all the varying local, state and federal statutes and regulations.
