Startup and Bid Process

We provide guidance to clients seeking to enter the government contracting market, including structuring and formation of business entities, contractor registration requirements, compliance with small business and disadvantaged status requirements and available compliance and marketing resources.  We also assist clients with the preparation and submission of bids and other pre-award responses.

We help clients navigate the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the agency FAR supplements and other applicable procurement laws and regulations. Specifically, we assist prime contractor and subcontractors with the implementation of an Ethics and Compliance Program that complies with the requirements of FAR Subpart 3.10 and current best practices.  We also assist with auditing existing ethics and compliance policies and procedures.  Read more about our Ethics and Compliance Program by clicking here.

We represent both prime contractors and subcontractors in negotiating and preparing subcontracts.  We also counsel clients on issues relating to contractor teaming agreements and joint ventures and assist in the structuring and negotiation of such arrangements.
