Heath M. Anderson concentrates his practice in the areas of construction litigation and general commercial litigation. He represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects and suppliers in a variety of construction related issues, including construction defect claims; claims for extra work; design error claims; mechanic’s lien claims; bond claims; and delay claims. Mr. Anderson has represented clients in arbitrations, state court, federal court and mediations. Mr. Anderson also drafts construction contracts and other commercial agreements.
