Will Health Insurance Exchanges be the saving grace of health reform? Which state is leading in reform with a recently formed Health Benefits Exchange serving a model to other states? These are some of the changes occurring in health care as The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) heads to the Supreme Court of the United States in March. The outcome is being watched by consumers, doctors, health care providers and insurance companies. Whatever the result, the health care industry is always changing and providers need to stay ahead of this evolving industry.
