Jennifer J. Axel concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation on behalf of large corporations, small businesses and individuals. Ms. Axel represents clients in both federal and state courts and has appellate, mediation and arbitration experience. Ms. Axel has represented both lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of litigation matters arising out of commercial loans, including obtaining receiverships after a loan has defaulted as well as both prosecuting and defending deficiency actions.
