Jacob W. "Jeb" Bayer, Jr., who has more than 28 years' experience, vice-chairs the firm's Corporate Law practice group. He focuses his practice on business transactions, intellectual property and computer law.
Mr. Bayer has been the lead attorney for small- to medium-sized companies - both public and private - and has helped them with their day-to-day business transactions including formation, contracting, leasing, licensing, borrowing, corporate governance, etc. Additionally, he has provided counsel on more transformative transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures and raising capital.
Mr. Bayer has broad experience in the information technology, computer and communications industries, as well as commercial lending and real estate.
