Joseph A. Bealmear’s practice encompasses all aspects of real estate transactions, including real estate development, condominium development, neighborhood association creation and governance, sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, financing, zoning and tax appeals. In addition to being a licensed attorney in Missouri and Illinois, Mr. Bealmear is also a licensed real estate broker in Missouri, and has substantial experience with agency, licensing and other legal issues facing brokers, agents and management companies.

Represented residential developer in connection with acquisition and redevelopment of blighted, inner-city property into a “new urban” development containing office, retail and market-rate green housing—the first of its kind in St. Louis
