Mr. Brinson’s experience includes a concentration in insurance recovery, having handled numerous matters involving indemnification for liability and defense costs under commercial general liability policies, commercial auto liability policies, fidelity coverage, employee liability, umbrella policies, and excess policies. Mr. Brinson also represents clients in a wide array of environmental litigation matters, and represents large financial institutions in individual and class actions involving RESPA, HOEPA, TILA, and other state and federal statutes.
