In his administrative and regulatory law practice, John D. Petersen has developed extensive experience with local, state and federal governmental agencies on a wide variety of issues. In particular, Mr. Petersen assists in real estate development, zoning, land use and incentive financing matters for a broad array of clients.
Mr. Petersen draws on more than five years of senior governmental experience as Deputy Chief Counsel to U.S. Sen. Bob Dole (R-Kan.) and Chief Counsel to former Kansas Gov. Mike Hayden. This experience, coupled with his years of private practice, provides Mr. Petersen a unique perspective from which to assist clients in dealing with governmental agencies and issues.
