Jean Soh concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation, representing creditors, trustees and lenders in Chapters 7 and 11 proceedings. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Ms. Soh served as a judicial law clerk in the Central District of California where she handled Chapter 11 cases, first day motions, claim objections and settlements, screened disclosure statements and plans, and monitored post-confirmation activities. She has experience representing creditors in adversary proceedings.
