She concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate finance, commercial real estate lending, secured and unsecured lending and commercial real estate transactions. She represents financial institutions, mezzanine lenders, real estate developers and other parties in a financing and transactional capacity, including negotiation and documentation, loan enforcement matters, sales of real estate, businesses and assets, commercial litigation matters and commerical mortgage-backed securities transactions.
