Lucas J. Narducci is chair of the firm’s Environmental and Natural Resources practice group. He has over 24 years of experience teaming up with clients in a variety of businesses to provide legal advice regarding compliance with environmental and related laws in their operations, manufacturing, offices, facilities, transactions, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, developments, audits and other commercial and industrial settings. He brings to the client team a practical and reasoned legal assessment of each particular circumstance to achieve the clients' goals in compliance with and consideration of applicable local, state and federal regulations. He also provides guidance in conjunction with local counsel as necessary, concerning environmental and related issues in certain areas outside of the U.S. Mr. Narducci's practice is focused on various aspects of mining, environmental, natural resources, energy, safety and health law, as well as regulatory counseling and permitting, workplace exposure issues, workplace safety and general business and transaction advice. He also actively counsels clients in commercial transactions that involve impacted and industrial properties.
