Drawing on his vast knowledge of employee benefits and business law, Mr. Conger’s clients range in size from sole proprietorships to more than 500,000 employees. He has successfully represented numerous clients in audits by government agencies (DOL and IRS), has advised and counseled on sales of stock to ESOPs and represented ESOP fiduciaries, and has developed and drafted hundreds of distinctive executive compensation plans.
