Margaret B. LaBianca

Shareholder

Margaret B. LaBianca counsels clients on a broad range of regulatory compliance and strategic considerations with respect to development, operations and transactions. She has extensive experience working with clients involved in mining, renewable energy and other commercial interests. Primarily, her practice involves environmental and natural resources laws and requirements, including with respect to water supply; NEPA; endangered species; natural resource damages; Clean Water Act 404, NPDES and stormwater; land use; waste management; and the allocation of risk and liability for contamination.

Ms. LaBianca also assists clients with negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts and other deal documents. In addition, she frequently represents clients before government agencies and lawmakers regarding regulatory and legislative issues, as well as utilization of public lands.
