Margaret B. LaBianca

Shareholder

Margaret B. LaBianca counsels clients on a broad range of regulatory compliance and strategic considerations with respect to development, operations and transactions. She has extensive experience working with clients involved in renewable energy development, mining and real estate development. Primarily, her practice involves environmental and natural resources laws and requirements.  In particular, Ms. LaBianca has experience addressing a wide range of issues concerning water rights and supply; NEPA; Clean Water Act 404, NPDES and stormwater; land use; endangered species; waste management; and the allocation of risk and liability for contamination.

Ms. LaBianca also assists clients with negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts and other deal documents. In addition, she frequently represents clients before government agencies and lawmakers regarding regulatory and legislative issues.
