Maribeth S. McMahon

As head of the Real Estate Lending practice group, Maribeth S. McMahon concentrates on representation of lenders in commercial real estate transactions, including the origination, servicing, workout and restructuring of commercial real estate loans.  For several years, Ms. McMahon’s practice has focused on the national representation of mortgage loan originators in structuring and documenting real estate loans, secured by all types of commercial properties, for securitization in the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities industry.  Additionally, she has extensive experience in the servicing of commercial real estate loans, including loan assumptions, sales, modifications, and collateral substitutions.  Her areas of expertise also include asset-based lending and a wide range of transactional real estate issues.
