Polsinelli Shughart litigation attorney Roy Bash has been selected as a 2013 Client Service All-Star and MVP by BTI Consulting Group, Inc., a firm that annually surveys in-house counsel from Fortune 1000 companies and other multibillion-dollar enterprises to identify the nation’s top attorneys whose hallmark is client service and who foster the best client-counsel relationships.

Bash is a firm shareholder and chair of the Construction/Energy/Real Estate Litigation practice group. The attorney has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry and has represented the interests of numerous constituents in the industry with an emphasis on those entities providing general contracting, CM, EPC or design-build responsibilities. Bash also has extensive experience in representing many architectural/engineering firms with design liability issues.
Bash earned his law degree from the University of Iowa in 1974 and his B.B.A degree from the same university in 1971. He is a member of the Missouri and Colorado Bar, as well as the American Bar Association.
