Nicole C. Behnen takes pride in helping her clients in the defense of lawsuits involving products liability, premises liability and toxic torts. She is the vice chair of the firm's Toxic and Mass Tort practice group and serves as regional and local counsel for several major asbestos defendants.
Ms. Behnen also represents clients in state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois. She has extensive litigation experience in cases involving asbestos, benzene, perchloroethylene, chrome and other industry exposures. Her clients include automotive manufacturers and parts suppliers, manufacturers of transport trailers, pumps and other industrial equipment, contractors and premise owners.
Extensive appellate experience is also part of what Ms. Behnen brings to bear in her cases.
