The Chicago Daily Law Bulletin interviewed Polsinelli Shughart Health Care Chair Matt Murer about the changes to HIPAA. Murer was quoted as saying about new breach notifications:

"The changes open up a lot of questions. What does a lost laptop mean for health care today and who really really owns my health care information?"
