Polsinelli Shughart will provide a broad range of legal services to CHI including federal tax exemption, employee benefits/executive compensation, debt transactions, antitrust advice and guidance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, development and construction, physician alignment, clinical and health care operations, information technology, intellectual property, long-term care, and public policy.

“Our selection as outside counsel by the nation’s second largest Catholic health care system and one of the nation’s premiere health care providers is another indication of the quality of work produced by our top-tier national health care law practice,” said Polsinelli Shughart Business Department Chair Frank J. Ross Jr. “We look forward to a long professional relationship with CHI and have great admiration for the care and services they provide. We share a common vision not only professionally but culturally.”
