Channel 3 in Phoenix interviewed Polsinelli Shughart attorneys Troy Froderman and Cary Hall on the firm's commitment to help the people of Joplin following a devastating tornado. Froderman chairs the firm's pro bono efforts and recently, along with lawyers Hall and Denny Palmer, traveled to Joplin, Missouri. The firm is working with Legal Aid of Western Missouri to assist the Joplin community.
Froderman chairs the Insurance Coverage/Bad Faith Litigation practice for the firm in addition to having an active and complex litigation practice. His insurance practices focuses on assisting clients in seeking and obtaining coverage for commercial claims throughout the country. In his environmental practice, Froderman is lead counsel in defense of toxic tort claims in state, federal and tribal causes of action throughout the United States. Froderman's jury trial experience includes lawsuits for toxic tort injuries, insurance recovery and environmental cost recovery.
Hall focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage and product liability matters, and currently serves as the vice-chair of the Products Liability Practice Group. Hall is lead trial counsel for one of the world's largest do-it-yourself moving companies in North America, trying product liability and business litigation matters throughout the United States. His insurance coverage practice involves counseling and litigation on behalf of corporate policyholders with respect to designing insurance coverage strategies, conducting policy review, advising on policy implications resulting from lawsuits and claims, and breach of contract and bad faith litigation.
