The Denver office of Polsinelli Shughart recently held its annual Denver Business and Law Forum. More than 60 people attended to hear our attorneys and lobbyists discuss the evolving issue of health reform, and the impact of energy tax credits.
Coloradobiz Magazine's Mike Cote interviewed Polsinelli Shughart attorney Kenny Hulshof about the federal impact of energy tax credits. For 12 years (1997-2009) Hulshof served with distinction in the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Missouri’s Ninth Congressional District. Hulshof has championed legislation reflective of his diverse district: Education savings accounts; biofuels incentives; telemedicine and health IT initiatives. He rose to national prominence when he co-authored the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Act. The bill, signed into law by President Bill Clinton, helps individuals with disabilities lead independent, productive lives.
