Polsinelli Shughart Denver Shareholder Jeffrey Fitzgerald is a featured speaker at the 16th Annual Compliance Institute, April 29 – May 2 in Las Vegas. The conference, sponsored by the Health Care Compliance Association, provides a forum to discuss various components of compliance, ethics and corporate responsibility plans and programs within the healthcare arena.

With nearly 3,000 pre-registrants -- including 251 speakers and 116 vendors -- the conference is on pace to break all attendance records this year. Fitzgerald will speak at 11 a.m. April 30 on the topic, “Structuring Compliance Programs for Multi-Facility Organizations." The next day (2:45 p.m. on May 1), his topic will be, “I Thought FMW Was Supposed to Be Bulletproof: Recent Court Decisions Involving Fair Market Value.”
