Some are calling it the biggest U.S. insider trading case in decades - a court showdown between prosecutors and lawyers for Galleon hedge fund founder Raj Rajaratnam.

Fortune Magazine interviewed Polsinelli Shughart attorney Edward F. Novak about this highly watched white-collar criminal defense case. Novak is the chair of the firm's Governmental Investigations and White-CollarCriminal Defense practice. He has extensive jury, non-jury and appellate experience in criminal defense matters, complex civil litigation and government agency investigations in several areas including health care.
