Polsinelli's complimentary 2013 Health Care Webinar Series continues with:
Handling Stark Law Disclosures
Wednesday, July 17, 2013
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued its voluntary Stark Self-Referral Disclosure Protocol (SRDP) on September 23, 2010, to providers of services and suppliers to self-disclose actual or potential violations of the Stark Law. Although the SRDP is now almost three years old, very little is known about the process, including CMS' internal processing of disclosures received under the SRDP.
The Webinar will discuss the SRDP's history, the current SRDP process and what providers and suppliers should expect when submitting a disclosure through the SRDP.
