The anti-smoking tide will hit another high Thursday when Kansas joins a majority of U.S. states that prohibit smoking in almost all enclosed public places.
The tougher new law follows another national trend: companies and governments making those puffs more expensive. Kansas City Star Reporter Diane Stafford interviews Employment Attorney Andrea Bernica about what the new law means for employers and smokers.
