For the next three days, the Supreme Court of the United States will hear six hours of oral arguments to weigh the challenges to certain aspects of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The issues have been challenged in the lower courts  since President Barack Obama signed the 2400-page health care reform bill into law. KMBZ Radio interviewed Polsinelli Shughart Senior Policy Advisor Julius Hobson on the "EJ and Ellen" Morning Show to help set the stage for what the Supreme Court will hear this week.

Julius W.
