Attorney Mark A. Gershon rappelled 27 stories down the outside of theWit Hotel, State and Lake, October 25th to raise money for the Respiratory Health Association of Metropolitan Chicago (RHAMC) as part of Skyline Plunge! Chicago. Normally, Gershon advises clients on how to develop or improve buildings, not rappel down them. He is the national vice chair of real estate development for the Polsinelli Shughart PC law firm in Chicago and practices in the areas of development and energy.

“I’m excited, nervous and scared,” laughs Gershon, a Chicago native. “Once I heard about the plunge, I knew I had to do it. I do believe you have to challenge yourself all the time to keep growing as a person. This is a once in a lifetime event!”
