Polsinelli Shughart PC is pleased to announce the promotion of 11 attorneys, including the elevation of eight attorneys to shareholder and three becoming counsel.

  • Heath M. Anderson, Trial practice with a focus in business and construction litigation. He holds a J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law, 2001.
  • Clay Hagedorn, Real Estate practice with a focus on real estate transactions. He holds a J.D. from the University of Missouri, 2001.
  • Korb W. Maxwell, Real Estate practice with a focus on developers and their develoment projects, including zoning and land use. He holds a J.D. from the University of Texas, 2003.
  • Christopher J. Mohart, Trial practice specializing in business and construction litigation. He holds a J.D. from Boston College, graduating cum laude in 2002.
