Polsinelli welcomes Lori Albert and Kristine L. Poston to the firm as associates practicing in real estate matters. Albert concentrates her practice on real estate development issues, and Poston focuses her practice on real estate financing. Together, they are part of a continued plan to further expand the Denver office of Polsinelli.

Albert joins the firm’s Real Estate practice and will support clients with the financing of commercial and residential real estate development and other issues. Poston joins the Real Estate Finance practice, which represents real estate lending clients in acquisition, construction, bridge, permanent and mezzanine financing transactions of all sizes and complexities.
Previously with Berenbaum Weinshienk, Albert earned her law degree from the University of San Diego in 2006 and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in 2002. In addition to Colorado, she is licensed to practice in California, Kansas and Missouri.
Previously with Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons, Poston earned her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Order of St. Ives, in 2007, a master’s degree in business administration from Colorado Technical University in 2003, and a bachelor’s degree from Truman State University in 1999.
