National law firm Polsinelli welcomes Patricia K. Blomstrom, Thomas M. Donohoe and Jonathan S. Sar to the firm’s Denver office as associates. Blomstrom will focus on real estate development and transactions, Donohoe will assist clients on health care law matters and Sar will practice corporate law.

The new hires support the continued expansion of the Denver office of Polsinelli, which recently added a group of 11 health care attorneys and 13 attorneys from Denver-based Hensley Kim LLC.

“The addition of three new associates reflects growing client needs, both locally and nationally, in areas including real estate, health care and business,” said Eugene R. Commander, managing partner of the firm’s Denver office. “We’re pleased to recruit young attorneys and are committed to their development.”

Polsinelli’s recent additions complement the firm’s national reach and include:
  • Blomstrom, a former associate at a Denver-based law firm, will continue focusing her practice in the areas of real estate transactions and finance, while adding an emphasis on cross-border transactions in order to meet her client’s international legal needs. Blomstrom earned her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the Metropolitan State College of Denver. She is a native Spanish-speaker and is licensed to practice in Colorado.
  • Donohoe’s practice concentrates on health care related matters. He will continue to assist health care providers with transactional and regulatory matters, including joint ventures, practice acquisitions, hospital and physician contracting and corporate formation, governance and dissolution. Previously with an Indianapolis-based law firm, Donohoe earned his law degree from the Indiana University College of Law – Indianapolis and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. Donohoe is licensed to practice law in Indiana.
  • Sar earned his law degree from Harvard Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Sar practiced corporate law at a local Denver firm. Sar will continue to assist his clients with their business transactions and general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate advisory work. Sar is licensed to practice law in Colorado and California.
