Polsinelli Shareholder Kevin Sweeney will address a small business focus group meeting at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta March 5. He will participate in a roundtable discussion on “Accessibility of Risk Capital For High-Growth Firms.”

Sweeney, who chairs Polsinelli's multidisciplinary Life Sciences practice group, is also a senior member of the firm’s Corporate Finance group. He has more than 25 years experience in handling mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, venture capital financing, technology transfer and other complex financial and strategic transactions for clients in a wide variety of industries.
