Polsinelli welcomes Aaron M. Kroll to the firm’s Overland Park office. With more than 10 years experience in litigating business and other disputes, Kroll will focus on real estate transactions, zoning, land use/development and incentive financing matters.
“The skills and judgment Aaron used in business litigation matters make him well-suited and an excellent addition to our growing real estate development/transactions practice,” said Practice Chair John Petersen.
In his previous business litigation practice, Kroll represented corporate interests, both as plaintiffs and defendants, in state and federal court proceedings involving real estate and contract disputes, restrictive covenants, unfair trade practices, and litigation involving the Federal Employee Liability Act (FELA) and Federal False Claims Act. Kroll also represented financial firms in regulatory investigations.
Prior to beginning his practice, Kroll served as law clerk for the Honorable Laura Denvir Stith, Judge for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District.
“I’m pleased to be a part of the Polsinelli real estate transaction and development team and practicing with some of the premier real estate attorneys in the country,” Kroll said. “The firm is a natural fit for me and offers an outstanding opportunity to develop my practice.”
The addition of Kroll to the Overland Park office occurs during an exciting period of growth for Polsinelli. The National Law Journal ranked Polsinelli in 2011 as “the third fastest growing law firm in the country.”
Kroll earned his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2001, and earned his B.A. degree from the University of Kansas in 1996. He is a member of the Missouri Bar and sits on the Board of Trustees of the Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy. Active in the arts, Kroll also serves as a council member for the Harriman-Jewell Series. Kroll is only licensed in the State of Missouri.
