Missouri Western State University has established a scholarship in honor of R. Dan Boulware, managing partner of the St. Joseph office of Polsinelli Shughart and the former president of Missouri Western's governing board. The scholarship was announced during the university's Winter Commencement ceremony on Dec. 15, after Boulware was presented with an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree and spoke to 300 graduates.
