Polsinelli Shughart attorney Johnny Wang serves as the vice president of the Asian-American Chamber of Commerce. He was recently included in part of the paper's coverage of the Chamber's first street festival fundraiser in St. Louis.

About Johnny Wang
Johnny Wang focuses his practice on advising and defending privately held and public corporations in a variety of employment matters, including wage/hour class action overtime lawsuits and discrimination complaints before the EEOC and the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, as well as non-compete lawsuits. He also regularly counsels employers on general employment and human resources matters.
Mr. Wang also has significant experience handling various litigation matters, including commercial disputes, civil rights claims, insurance coverage issues and consumer rights litigation. He handles all phases of litigation, including pre-suit demand, pre-trial discovery, fact and expert witness depositions, dispositive motion practice and jury trials. He also has significant experience mediating and arbitrating complex disputes.
Mr. Wang has argued before the Missouri Supreme Court and the Missouri Court of Appeals, and routinely practices before both state and federal courts.
Mr. Wang is also actively involved with diversity and inclusion programming in the St. Louis area and is currently President of the Missouri Asian American Bar Association. He speaks regularly on diversity issues and assists employers develop diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more conscientious and supportive environment for their diverse employees.
