The St. Louis Business Journal reported on several billion-dollar mergers and acquisitions happening in St. Louis this year. Polsinelli Shughart Attorney Paul Klug was interviewed for the article. Here is a portion of the article.

"The Polsinelli Shughart law firm has been so busy this year that it added 24 lawyers in the St. Louis office, 10 of whom work on mergers and acquisitions. 'We have about 20 deals with an aggregate value of $1 billion that are pending and will close by the end of the year.' Partner Paul Klug said said health care and banking are two of the most active industries."
