As a health care provider, you are probably worried about reimbursements and how insurance contracts will be affected by the new law. Providers worry about Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and are constantly concerned about properly documenting all of the billing actibities that are required to occur for a physician practice to be paid for services rendered. Although health care reform directly affects physician reiumbursement, like other employers, physician practices need to worry about their own health care plans. Randal Schultz, the vice chair of health care business, has written an article about this important topic for doctors and health care providers.

Mr. Schultz' article is featured in KC MD News, August 2010 edition, page 11.
