Orren S. Adams practices in many facets of general corporate law, including purchase and sale of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and reorganization, corporate compliance and corporate finance.
Many of Mr. Adams' clients operate both nationally and internationally and they turn to Mr. Adams to handle much of their mergers and acquisitions business. Mr. Adams represents a number of private equity groups, manufacturers and service-oriented businesses. Mr. Adams has considerable experience in the biomass and carbon sequestration industries.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Adams was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s international tax group in Boston and has considerable background in inbound and outbound international transactions.
