Polsinelli Shughart PC welcomes Attorney Frederick W. Miller, III to the firm as shareholder in the Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Finance and Development practices in the Financial Services department. Miller works with lenders and borrowers in loan transactions utilizing federal historic tax credits, federal new market tax credits, federal low-income housing tax credits, state tax credits and other incentive programs. In addition, he assists lenders and corporate borrowers with traditional real estate and asset based financing transactions.

Miller advises clients during the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of commercial property. He also assists corporations in obtaining various types of corporate financing including revolving credit facilities, working capital lines and term loans.

Miller earned his law degree and his A.B. in Psychology from Washington University. He is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Texas Bar. Additionally, Miller was selected for inclusion in 2008 and 2009 Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.
